The masks are individually wrapped & sealed. We want to make sure you receive them beautifully crisp & clean!

Yes we do! Let us know if you need smaller versions of our personalised masks (write your preferences in the notes section at checkout). We can simply split your order quantity between adults & children.

After purchase we will personalise your design and send it back to you for approval.

Once approved, it can take between 1-3 days to print and produce your personalised masks. Time can vary dependant on the order quantity.

Currently orders can take between 7-12 days to reach your doorstep. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks prior to any special events.

Note:FedEx and DHL could be experiencing some transit delays due to Covid. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. Thanks for bearing with us!

We unfortunately don't have control over the taxes that are charged for International delivery. Your delivery could be subject to paying customs tax in your Country of residence. If this is the case, DHL/FedEx will contact you via SMS before your scheduled delivery date.

Rest assured there are no extra hidden charges related to your order on our website. 

Please ensure to update your order with a mobile number, to avoid any delivery delays

Once approved and sent for printing, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. You can however cancel the order during design approval stages.

If you want to cancel your order before production, then shoot us an email: support@personalisedweddingmasks.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently from us to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out on SMS texts for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. This has never happened (touch wood). However on the rare occasion it does, we recommend contacting your local DHL/FedEx depot with your delivery details. If there is no conclusion,and you need us to step in, please let us know at support@personalisedweddingmasks.com and we will hunt your parcel down for you.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

We offer a 30 day returns policy for any defected or damaged items.

Due to the personalised/customised nature: and for health reasons, we do not accept any exchanges. However, we are committed to providing a honest, transparent & trustworthy service. And we will always try our best to resolve any issues.

If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, the courier will return the package back to us. We make every effort to validate all addresses before shipping, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Packages typically take anywhere from one week to one month or more to be returned to our warehouse. If this ever occurs, we will try our best to redeliver your items back to you in time,

We never share your name, email, or contact information with anyone - ever! If you sign up for the newsletter, you can opt out at any time. When you place an order, you have the option of whether or not to sign up for our newsletter, but you certainly don't have to. Our products are printed & shipped from London, Los Angeles & Xiamen. We do not have a retail storefront; our gift collections are only available online.
